Biography

Dave is currently the CEO of Greyter Water Systems, a Toronto based company producing water reuse systems for both commercial and residential applications. Prior to Greyter, Dave has held CEO / Board member positions for highly engineered industrial product companies within the fusion power, carbon capture, and advanced materials industries.  Previously, Dave led existing businesses focused on gas turbines (aircraft / power generation), power electronics and advanced motors/generators. Additionally, Dave has provided strategy and operational consulting services for companies within the e-aircraft, satellite, cellulose insulation, advanced materials, and carpentry hand tools industries.

Dave’s achievements have included leading businesses from product concept through product development/launch, scale-up and exits.  Having raised over $100M in venture and strategic capital, Dave has also successfully negotiated partnerships and licensing agreements throughout the US, Europe and Japan.  In addition, Dave has overseen the building of both green and brown-field facilities and been responsible for the optimization of extensive patent portfolios.

Dave received his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst and his Master of Business from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
