Biography

Dr. Ja-Naé Duane is a four-time entrepreneur and angel investor, with over 13 years of innovation experience in various domains, including future forecasting, digital transformation, innovation strategy, product development, and consumer experience. She has worked with a portfolio of over 50 brands and currently serves as the Managing Partner of Revolution Factory, an innovation company that empowers leaders to prepare their organizations and clients for the future by harnessing the potential of emerging technologies. Her unique perspective and expertise have made her a sought-after consultant for senior executives and governmental leaders, who rely on her to think exponentially, foster resilience, and identify trends that pave the way for the future.

Dr. Duane is the author of three books, including best-selling author of the "The Startup Equation.” In addition, as a behavioral researcher, she has collaborated and held appointments with institutions like Stimson Center, Dana Farber, the National Institute of Health, and MIT. Dr. Duane holds degrees from Northeastern University, Carnegie Mellon University, Boston University, Bentley University, IE Business School, and Brown University.
