Tell us about your job (responsibilities, projects worked on, etc.)

Engineering manager responsible for leading safe and effective maintenance and repairs of U.S. Navy Submarines.
- Plans all aspects of troubleshooting, testing, alignment, modernization, and calibration of submarine sonar, torpedo, and missile fire control electronic systems.
- Provides technical assistance with Combat Systems equipment, including underwater electrical cabling, electrical hull fittings, SONAR hydrophones, and various other components. 
- Analyzes daily operations and applies Continuous Process Improvement methods to find technological and administrative efficiencies, both improving quality and reducing costs.
