Keith Cotterill
Biography
Dr. Keith Cotterill is a software executive, entrepreneur, and academic with deep expertise in customer experience, enterprise innovation, and AI deployment. As Group Vice President at Oracle, he leads the global CX Center of Excellence, working with major enterprise clients to drive innovation and measurable business impact, including improved customer renewals. Alongside his industry leadership, he is a Lecturer and Innovation Lab Fellow at Carnegie Mellon University, where he teaches enterprise innovation and entrepreneurship.
Keith has founded and scaled multiple ventures, led investment and advisory work across startups, and contributed to several successful exits, including an IPO and trade sales. His earlier career spans senior leadership roles in technology firms such as SAP, Netscape, and Oracle. He holds a PhD in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and an MA from Oxford, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
